If you’ve followed my journey over the last ten years, you witnessed my healing from childhood trauma, and how that led me to my deepest truth: that I am deeply loved by God. Some of you have come to own this truth for yourselves, too, so you know that when that happens – when you own God’s deep love for yourself – you can’t help but want to share that truth and help others own their belovedness.

Last December, during the first week of Advent, I launched a new weekly email message called Loved Notes. The idea came out of a time of stillness, which means it came from deep within my soul, that place where I have always known God’s deep love. As a result this idea has really resonated with me, and is easily one of my favorite ideas I’ve ever had. Writing Loved Notes comes easily for me. Indeed, I look forward to writing them, and am gleeful every time I hit the publish button. And I can tell by y’all’s response that you, too, think Loved Notes are a pretty good thing.

Loved Notes are short and sweet. They are messages that come to your email box every Tuesday and take about thirty seconds to read. Sometimes they’re funny, sometimes they’re not. But every message is designed to remind you that you are deeply loved (hence, LOVED Notes) by God. There’s no gimmick. No preaching. No sales pitch. Just a moment to bask in your belovedness.

If you haven’t signed up for Loved Notes, I invite you to do so now. Just use this link. As a bonus, when you sign up you’ll receive our free three-part meditation series, “Be Deeply Loved.”
